We booked a 3-day trip with Krish & Payel, and they impressed us right from the beginning with a well-curated itinerary and very reasonable pricing. As we travelled during the off-season, they surprised us with a complimentary car upgrade and a room upgrade from a premium room to a beautiful suite. We also requested a room decoration to celebrate 16 years of togetherness, and they went above and beyond by arranging a complimentary candlelight dinner along with a lovely bottle of wine. The hotel manager was courteous, the drivers were excellent, and the entire experience was amazing. We recently completed a memorable trip across Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, starting from Guwahati and ending in Bomdila. Krish & Payel did a fantastic job organising the entire tour. Right from the beginning, they arranged Maa Kamakhya Darshan smoothly within just 2–3 hours. Our route covered Guwahati → Umananda Temple → Bhalukpong → Dirang → Sela Pass → Tawang, including Bum La Pass and Madhuri Lake → Bomdila. The itinerary was very well planned and covered all the major attractions comfortably. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and our driver was professional, friendly, and helpful. We faced only a couple of minor issues during the trip, but Krish & Payel responded promptly and resolved everything quickly. What stood out the most was their daily evening follow-ups, which made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the journey. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. 5 out of 5 stars!

The tour package was spectacular, and the stay was comfortable and safe, especially for us as a group of senior citizens. The travel agency made special arrangements for my eldest sister, who has difficulty walking, and their thoughtful assistance made the journey much easier for us. Andaman & Nicobar Islands had always been on my bucket list, and Krish & Payel helped make that dream come true. The beaches were absolutely beautiful, and they even added special attractions to our package, including a submarine ride and a glass-bottom boat ride. We are extremely happy with the travel agency and the package they provided. Their hospitality was excellent, and the entire experience was truly memorable. I will definitely avail myself of their services again in the future!
